Ripple Out Ltd is a human development ecosystem built around Wela™ — a framework that treats Financial, Physical, Mental, Social, Time, and Meaning as the six dimensions of a life that is actually rich. Founded by Sam Tate, a former financial services executive with 25 years' industry experience who co-founded and sold an award-winning financial planning firm.

Year 2: CC® certification first cohort delivered. 3–5 financial planning firms licensed. Built in the Dark podcast launched. Group coaching programme live. Platform development underway — a unified home for every Ripple Out tool and methodology. Revenue diversified across 4+ active streams.

Year 3+: Certification recurring across multiple firms. Platform delivering subscription and licensing revenue. Retreat programme established. The CC® Conversational Engine — AI-assisted methodology delivery — in development. International certification on the horizon. Reduced founder dependency through licensing. The company plans to continue raising under EIS to support long-term growth.
